The first mobile app release should complete one important customer journey well. A long feature list can delay learning and increase integration work. Begin with the people using the app, the task they need to finish and the administration required behind it.
Describe the complete journey
Write the steps from registration to the main outcome. Include cancellation, empty results, lost connectivity and help requests. Decide which tasks belong in the customer app, provider app and admin portal.
Make integrations explicit
Identify payment, maps, notifications and existing business systems. Confirm API access, account ownership and ongoing charges. Define who is responsible when an external service is unavailable.
Release with a feedback plan
Test on representative devices and review Arabic layouts. Agree on store submission responsibilities, update ownership and post-launch support. Use early customer feedback to choose the next feature rather than adding everything at once.
Put the plan into practice.
Desert Code can help you define the requirements, compare options and plan delivery around your business.
